“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“Room was very clean. Shower pressure was amazing! Our heater was out but maintenence had it fixed within 30 minutes from the time we called to report it. Jeff was great! He even brought us 2 breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Vallet, front desk, manager on duty and even the Starbucks staff were the best! We stayed there the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day. Will definitely be back. Gorgeous hotel and lots of history! Very elegant! ”
